Wednesday to Friday, 8.45am-12.30pm

Grade 15 Point 3 – 4 £24,796-£25,185 FTE

This may be combined with the lunchtime support role

East Coker is set in an area of natural beauty and our popular rural school has a supportive and friendly community. The Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated temporary teaching and learning assistant to support our Year 4 team. This is temporary in the first instance due to funding.

What will I be doing?

You will be working in a school where pupils are cared for, listened to, respected and valued in the contributions they make to the school and its community.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working in a classroom environment/after school club
• Be an enthusiastic, resilient, patient and adaptable
• Have some experience working with children with learning difficulties
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Have great communication and organisational skills
