What will I be doing?

Bishop Henderson Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, capable teacher for our thriving, vibrant and welcoming village school.  We require a qualified teacher who is creative, well organised and who wishes to become part of a committed team and our wonderful community.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • An outstanding practitioner, with high expectations of pupil attainment, progress and behaviour
  • Experienced in teaching KS2, whether this be limited or highly experienced
  • Committed to Bishop Henderson’s Christian vision and values
  • Committed to developing the wellbeing and full potential of all children, within a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, happy and excited to learn
  • Able to liaise effectively with staff, parents/carers and other professionals
  • Energetic and committed to take part in all aspects of school life, including extracurricular activities
  • Able to provide support and ensure continuity of educational provision for pupils with SEND
