What we are looking for:
We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Nursery Manager to join our supportive and talented team at Castle Primary School. Our village school, set at the foot of Ham Hill, offers our children an excellent educational experience and we understand the importance of our nursery setting as part of the educational foundations. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
In this role, you will support the aims and objectives of the nursery and assist in the organisation of a high-quality establishment for children from age 2 to starting school. You will provide high standards of childcare and education including the monitoring and review of provision, providing a safe, caring environment to enable the emotional, social, and educational development of children, through individual attention and group activities. You will also be expected to support, coach or manage other colleagues to develop their practice.
