We are looking for a passionate and skilled teacher to join our thriving school community. This is a part-time role with flexibility: we can offer either a 0.4 or 0.6 contract, working Thursdays and Fridays in a Year 3/4 class, with the option to add Mondays in our other Year 3/4 class.

Start date: Monday 5 January (INSET day), followed by two days shadowing your job share partner to ensure a smooth transition.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

In this role, you’ll be part of a dedicated KS2 team, with PPA time alongside your phase colleagues and guidance from an experienced phase leader.

The successful candidate will be:

  • An excellent class teacher with an in-depth knowledge of the curriculum and how pupils learn
  • Passionate about children’s learning and keen to ensure all children make progress
  • A skilful communicator who can forge effective working relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
