What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
A Learning Support Assistant for a year 6 pupil is required. We are looking for a professional who has experience supporting pupils’ learning in the classroom. There will be a high level of 1:1 support within this role. The successful candidate will need to have firm professional boundaries, high resilience and show initiative, good communication skills, energy and creativity. They will need to be a team player and have excellent rapport with children. Previous experience is essential.
