Gr 15 £24,027-£24,404 (hourly £12.45-£12.65),
Gr16 £23,656 (hourly £12.26) based on experience

We are looking for an LSA who would like to join our enthusiastic staff term. This post would ideally suit someone with experience of working with children with additional needs. The post is working three days a week with a pupil in Year 6 and two days a week with a pupil in Year 2, both pupils have complex ASD needs.

We believe in children having a broad and balanced education and whilst we aim for high standards in English and Mathematics, we also want our pupil to experience the full National Curriculum with Arts, Sport and Community in their learning so that above all they have fun. We want 1:1 LSAs who can support pupils to learn through play, shaping activities to their interests and needs and helping them achieve their EHCP aims, working with class LSAs to support all children in class to have fun learning and reach their potential.
