1:1 Teaching Assistant x 2
This will be an open ended contract
From Grade 13 Point 6 to 11 depending on experience with a starting salary at point 6 of £25,183 which pro rata will be £18,457
8.30am till 3.30pm to include a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
32.5 hours per week including a daily lunch duty.

An exciting opportunity has come up at our small village school to appoint 2 enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to become part of our friendly and supportive team.

The successful candidates will be supporting children with additional needs one in Key Stage 1 and one in Key Stage 2.

What will I be doing?

We are looking for someone:

• Who is calm, flexible and imaginative.
• To work as a key worker for a child with additional needs
• Has good interpersonal skills and is able to use their initiative as well as working well in a team.
• Has a good level of English, Maths and IT skills.

This role will be classroom-based with the successful candidates taking direction from the class teacher and SENCO to provide high quality support to small groups of children and 1:1 individuals.

A willingness to undertake the following training is essential:

• Children Protection and Prevent Training
• First Aid Training
• Team Teach

The successful candidate will be:
