Key information

  • 22.5 hours per week.
  • Whilst there will be some flexibility to work from home on occasion the post is primarily office based as there are some reception duties.
  • 25 days annual leave (pro rata).
  • The post requires the handling of sensitive and confidential information and therefore attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and as a team player is essential.
  • The position is offered on a permanent basis.

What will I be doing?

We’re working to improve the lives of children and families in Somerset, this role will be helping to improve health and wellbeing– and you’ll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:

  • Supporting Health Visitors, Assistant Practitioners and Team Leads deliver a comprehensive service to children and families in Somerset.
  • Working as a team with Administrators across the county to innovate processes and provide consistent support to all services.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential data, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
