What will I be doing?

Are you passionate about guiding young people as they navigate their career paths? This role offers the chance to support individuals in securing apprenticeship opportunities and developing valuable skills for their future.

As an Apprentice Information, Advice, and Guidance Officer, you’ll provide expert advice and guidance to both potential apprentices and employers, helping to connect the right candidates with the right opportunities.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining positive customer relationships, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support. Strong IT skills are essential, alongside experience in working collaboratively across different organisational teams to achieve common goals. The ability to self-motivate and manage your own workload effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadline. A proactive and organised approach will enable you to navigate the dynamic nature of apprenticeship recruitment and provide timely, high-quality support to both apprentices and employers.
