What will I be doing?
Due to the further expansion of our Adult Horticulture provision, we are now looking to recruit an associate lecturer to deliver at a new centre. The successful candidate will deliver highly quality teaching, learning and assessment and support learners to maximise their potential and make positive progress towards their timely success. Through our award-winning Horticulture programmes, we work and support a diverse group of learners, many of which utilise horticulture for its therapeutic benefits and as part of rehabilitation programmes, as well as their professional development within their horticultural careers.
