What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and reflective teacher for Key Stage 1 or 2.

You should have:

  • High expectations of pupils and yourself
  • The ability to build strong relationships with children in order to support good behaviour
  • The ability to work collaboratively with all members of the school team and wider community
  • Experience of implementing good practice in assessment in Key Stage 1 and 2.
  • A good understanding of how to identify and meet individual learning needs within the classroom context.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A passion for innovation about learning and research
