What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
Ideally, you will have qualifications and experience working with children in the 2-7 age range but you may have different, relevant skills that would support you in this opportunity. This role is as a general classroom teaching assistant, supporting learning in our Preschool, Reception or Year 1/2 class, so a Level 3 Early Years qualification would be highly desirable. However, we would consider someone who has experience delivering interventions across the school. Above all, you would need to understand, and work at all times using, a relational approach.
