What will I be doing?
Are you passionate about delivering fair, transparent and customer-focused complaint resolution?
We’re looking for a Complaint Resolution Specialist to lead on Stage 2 complaints and Housing Ombudsman investigations, helping us identify learning, improve services and make a real difference for our customers.
