What will I be doing?
We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Service Administrator to join our Adult Learning team based at Taunton College. This role is central to ensuring an outstanding experience for prospective and current learners engaging with our adult learning provision. As a key member of the team, you will provide high‑quality customer service and efficient administrative support. Your daily responsibilities will include responding promptly to enquiries, processing applications, allocating tutors to learners, and monitoring learner progress through our online learning platform. You will also support activities that contribute to the growth of our adult learning offer, including attending events to promote University Centre Somerset College Group and maintaining accurate and compliant records across relevant systems.
