What will I be doing?
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our Site Team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a close knit and professional site team responsible for the day to day maintenance and long term development of the school site. You will support the Site Manager in the management of the school site and deputise in their absence. You will supervise the evening cleaning staff and act as a point of contact for hirers of our facilities out of school hours.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
Ideally you will have experience of the building trade, ideally qualified/part qualified electrician or other trade to contribute to the maintenance of the site. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to relate well to students, staff and the general public. Most importantly you will have a “can do” attitude and be prepared to carry out tasks at all levels. The post may involve occasional evening or weekend working.
