Key information

Salary: Grade 14 Point 6, actual salary £2,230 per annum based on FTE salary of £25,183 per annum. £13.05 per hour.

Contract: Part time, term time only (38 weeks), Monday – Friday 8:00 – 8:45am, 3.75 hours.

Term: Permanent

We are seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious individual to develop and grow our Early Risers provision

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We are looking for candidates who:

• Will bring energy and enthusiasm & welcome children to a warm friendly environment
• Someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, with high expectations for themselves and others
• Is able to plan and lead exciting and engaging activities for children
• Someone who is resilient and looks for positive solutions
• Is self-motivated
• Has experience of working with children in the primary age range (4-11years old) would be desirable
• Is able to work as part of a team
• Is well organised and reliable
• Understands the principles of child protection and safeguarding
• To undertake appropriate training and development activities
• Is supportive of our ethos as a Church school

Please note we are currently advertising for an After School Supervisor, based at Haselbury Plucknett Primary School. Therefore, for the right applicant we are happy to consider offering this position alongside the After School Supervisor position. The right applicant would then have the opportunity to develop the Extended Services provision at either end of the School day.
