What will I be doing?

At King Ina Church of England Academy we are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Early Years Assistant to join our highly qualified team, working under the direction of the Foundation Stage Leader, Owlets Manager and Deputy.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

Qualification requirement:  The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 2 relevant qualification, working towards Level 3 will be considered, as well as experience of working in a nursery.

You will be required to work as part of the Early Years team to provide safe, high quality child care and education by providing challenging and engaging activities.

Responsibilities will include being a key person, therefore applicants must have:

  • Good working knowledge of the EYFS
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Flexible approach

DBS check

DBS check required.
