Salary: Full Time Equivalent: £24,404 – £25,183

  • 21.5 hours per week: £11,832 – £12,210, (actual salary) per annum
  • 35 hours per week: £19,261 – £19,877 (actual salary) per annum

Start Date: September 2025

Contract: Permanent, term time only

What will I be doing?

Nurture young minds in a caring and collaborative setting

Are you an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about helping children grow, learn and flourish? We are looking for a committed and creative individual to join our team at Little Oaks, part of Timberscombe C of E First School.

In this role, you’ll play an integral part in supporting a nurturing, engaging and inclusive early years environment. You’ll work closely with a dedicated and supportive team to deliver high-quality provision where children are happy, curious and confident.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • Has a secure understanding of the EYFS statutory framework
  • Is caring, motivated, and enthusiastic about early childhood education
  • Brings creativity and a forward-thinking approach to learning
  • Is committed to inclusive practice and supporting every child to thrive
  • Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to a strong school culture
  • Embraces our Christian ethos and contributes to the wider life of the school and federation
  • Demonstrates professionalism, flexibility and a reflective attitude in their practice
