Location: Willow Set Preschool Sun Up and Sun Down Club
Hours: Part Time / Full Time / Flexible Hours. Total hours available 48.5 to be split between two posts. There will be some 7.30am starts and 17.30 pm finishes.
Salary: £13.45 per hour

Join our vibrant and welcoming team at Willow Set Preschool Sun Up and Sun Down Club, where we care for children aged 9 months to 11 years. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) who loves creating engaging, playful learning experiences and wants to make a real difference in children’s lives.
What will I be doing?
- Deliver safe, high-quality care and education for children aged 2–11 years
- Plan and implement exciting activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Create a stimulating learning environment indoors and outdoors
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
- Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and current Ofsted guidance
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, creative approach
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
Desirable: Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates
