What will I be doing?

We are currently seeking a reliable and self-motivated Estates Team member to join our Estates Team to assist with day to maintenance at our college. The successful candidate should be organised, enthusiastic and flexible to meet the needs of a busy college.

Duties will include carrying out general day-to-day maintenance tasks, being part of the colleges nominated first aid team and unlocking buildings and grounds on the early shift and locking and securing buildings and grounds on the late shift. Receiving additional payments for on call duties and for being a nominated first aider.

The Estates Team, work shifts on a rota of earlies, days & lates 7am – 9.30pm, Monday-Friday with very occasional later evening work and a very small number of weekend shifts across the year for special events such as the college open days. During school holidays shifts are between 8am and 6pm
