What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We are looking to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner to join our school from September 2025. Applications from both experienced and ECT teachers are welcome.

The successful candidate will need to:

• demonstrate high standards of teaching and learning.
• have high expectations, being enthusiastic and committed to raising standards.
• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• demonstrate a positive and understanding approach to children’s social and emotional development which will include setting high standards of behaviour.
• want to make a positive contribution to the life and work of our school.
