37 Hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday
Term time only plus 2 weeks to be worked across the school holidays
Actual salary £25,452 – £28,534 with pay award pending
Local Government Pension scheme
This is a permanent post (subject to the completion of a satisfactory probation period)
What will I be doing?
Manor Court Community Primary School (part of PPAT Education) has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Finance & Admin Officer to support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership team in their duty to ensure that the school meets its educational aims.
As a key member of staff, you will be working within a busy school environment leading on staffing and finance to ensure the smooth running of the school.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
The successful candidates will have:
- Experience of a general office environment and an aptitude for ICT.
- A background in schools finance or finance within a commercial environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality are essential.
- Willingness to contribute to the school’s high-quality provision.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Knowledge of FMS & SIMS is desirable however training is available for the right candidate.
- Candidates should have a good basic education with 5 A-C GCSE’s.
