What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We are seeking an inspiring and compassionate leader with a clear vision for primary education and a strong commitment to high-quality teaching, inclusive practice, and excellent outcomes for all pupils. We value staff wellbeing and welcome discussions around flexible working, including part-time, job share, or adaptable working patterns, to support a sustainable and effective headship.

We need you to be an experienced class teacher with senior leadership responsibilities or a current head teacher. You will need to be able to demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the curriculum and be creative in your approach. You need to have good teaching skills, strong communication and team development skills and be committed to driving continuous school improvement.
