What will I be doing?

The governors of St John’s C of E VA First School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced leader who will take the school forward to the next phase of its development whilst providing the best possible education and experiences for all the children at the school.
We are looking for a Headteacher who will:

• Lead our school community in way that all members are valued and enabled to grow
• Create an aspirational culture, with a love of learning at its heart, to raise standards of achievement for every child
• Enact positive change through dynamic leadership
