What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
The Governors of Bowlish Infant School seek to appoint an ambitious, dedicated and motivated leader who will take the school forward to the next phase of its development whilst providing the best possible education and experiences for all the children at the school.
We are looking for a Headteacher who:
- Leads with integrity and transparency, ensuring decisions and actions are clearly communicated.
- Fosters positive relationships with children, staff, parents, governors and the wider community.
- Empowers and encourages innovation to support inclusive teaching and learning, to ensure every child succeeds.
- Ensures the wellbeing, development and success of children and staff, are at the heart of decision making.
- Demonstrates a strong moral leadership that reflects the values of our school community.
