What will I be doing?

We are looking for a senior leader who:

  • Is excellent at building relationships with pupils, staff and the parent community
  • Able to drive improvement in an already successful school, using a breadth of evidence to identify strengths and areas for development
  • Strikes an effective balance between strategic leadership and the practical application of initiatives on the ground
  • Has a strong understanding of distributed leadership, able to support other leaders to be the best versions of themselves
  • Values collaboration and trust-wide working
