What will I be doing?
Northgate Primary School is seeking a motivated and dedicated HLTA to join our Reception Class team. This vacancy is alongside a Teaching Assistant role advertised separately. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting high quality teaching and learning, helping pupils to develop confidence and independance. You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team who are committed to helping every child reach their full potential. You’ll join colleagues who work collaboratively to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where staff and pupils thrive together.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven ability to support teaching and learning effectivley. HLTA experience preferable
- Strong understanding of child development, barriers to learning and SEND
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
