This is far more than a horticulture role. As our Sustainability Lead and Green Champion, you will help shape and deliver our Climate Action Plans, promote environmental responsibility across our schools and create opportunities for pupils to develop valuable green skills for the future.
Whether developing school allotments, creating outdoor learning environments, building relationships with local community groups, or leading projects that enhance biodiversity and sustainability, you will play a key role in helping our pupils learn, grow and flourish.

- Supporting pupils to engage in gardening, growing, food production and environmental projects
- Creating meaningful opportunities linked to Education for Life and Preparation for Adulthood

- Celebrating pupil achievement and strengthening community engagement
