  • Hybrid and flexible working pattern by agreement. Occasional office days in either Taunton or Wellington may be required.

What will I be doing?

We’re working to improve the lives of people in Somerset – and you’ll be a key part of that.

Your day-to-day work will involve:

Providing efficient and robust administrative support to our Complaints Resolution team.

Effectively assessing and triaging all new complaints received into the service and managing the team email inbox.

Providing great communication to our residents with empathy and understanding.

Supporting managers with Housing Ombudsman complaint returns and projects designed to improve our services.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

Have experience in delivering high quality and accurate administrative support to services.

Can think on your feet and be a confident decision maker.

Are well organised and able to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
