Young Somerset is seeking to recruit Job Coaches to work with young people on a range of work-based learning programmes. The Job Coach role is key in providing appropriate support using Supported Employment Techniques and Systematic Instruction.
The role will be based in West Somerset to visit young people we are supporting on Employment Support Programmes, but the job will require county wide travel in order to provide our service to young people across the county. They may also be required to provide support at other Young Somerset enterprise venues, and to support other organisational events as appropriate.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We would love to hear from people who have experience of working with young people in a variety of settings and who have a passion in providing appropriate support to deliver outcomes for young people that impact their employability, independence, health and social skills.
