What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has a good understanding of the National Curriculum and are able to make the curriculum enjoyable and varied for all children
- Demonstrates exemplary, creative and inclusive classroom practice
- Has high expectations of children’s learning and behaviour.
- Is able to inspire and motivate children to strive for excellence.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Has a research driven approach to their practice
- Is a positive ‘team player’
- Has enthusiasm, integrity and a good sense of humour
- Promotes our church school Christian ethos and values.
