An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and thriving school. This is a great time to join Beech Grove as we continue to build on our successes and see rising achievement for our pupils.

This is a full-time post but there may be an opportunity to work part-time, for the right candidate.

 

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will be working as part of a dedicated and successful KS2 team. You will have your PPA time with your phase, supported by an experienced and skilled phase leader.

There may be opportunities, for the right candidate, to take on subject leadership as part of this role, or to be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

The successful candidate will be:

• An excellent class teacher with an in-depth knowledge of the curriculum and how pupils learn
• Passionate about children’s learning and keen to ensure all children make progress
• A skilful communicator who can forge effective working relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• A strong team player who is committed to making a difference
• Keen to engage with continuing professional development and develop their skills
• Ambitious for themselves and the school
