- Hours: 29 per week – 8:50am – 15:20pm (includes cover for 3 x 30-minute lunch duties)
- Grade 15 SCP 3-4 £24,027-£24,404 pro-rata (hourly rate £12.45 – £12.64)
- Possible Grade 14 SCP 4-6 depending on experience -£24,404-£25,183 pro-rata (hourly rate £12.64 – £13.05)
North Newton Primary School can be found in the village of North Newton, just a few minutes from J24 of the M5 in Somerset. We currently have 90 children on roll across 4 classes.
What will I be doing?
We are looking for a flexible KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our hard working, dedicated team. The successful candidate will be mainly working in our Year 3-4 class but also in our Year 5-6 class and will need to be highly motivated, resilient and have a sense of fun. They will enjoy both supporting and celebrating the achievement of pupils. Our Teaching Assistants support learning as part of a class team working under the direction of a class teacher. They also work with individual pupils or small groups outside of the classroom.
