What will I be doing?
As our Learning Centre Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the day-to-day operations of our Learning Centre, ensuring that students are empowered to thrive academically and personally. Leading a dedicated team of teachers and support staff, you will ensure the smooth delivery of tailored study programs, foster a culture of inclusivity, and promote the wellbeing and safety of everyone at Inaura.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of talented teachers and learning support workers.
- Work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to ensure every student’s needs are met.
- Oversee the implementation of dynamic and inclusive curriculum delivery, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
- Foster a positive, supportive environment where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Act as a key advocate for student wellbeing, safeguarding, and safety.

- A proactive, empathetic leader with a passion for supporting students and staff.
- Experience managing teams and delivering high-quality, inclusive education.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to student safety.
- Someone who will model our school’s values of inclusivity, respect, and academic excellence in everything they do.
