What will I be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Learning Coach to join our award-winning team. The successful candidate will join our Apprenticeships & Workforce Skills Area and will work closely with colleagues across the whole department, to coordinate outstanding Reviews and ALS specifically literacy and numeracy in a classroom, which supports learners to achieve timely success.
In this role, you’ll work closely with apprentices, employers, and delivery teams to support learner progress, coordinate reviews, and provide targeted literacy and numeracy support. You’ll play a key part in helping apprentices successfully complete their programmes, working with employers across the region.
We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, confidence using digital systems, and a passion for supporting learning and achievement. Accounting knowledge is essential, and experience working with apprentices or employers would be beneficial.
