Salary: Grade 14 = £25,185 – £25,989 (actual salary £21,124 – £21,794)

Working weeks: Term Time and some inset days

37 hours per week (8.30 to 4.30 p.m. & 8.30 – 4.00p.m. Friday) or similar by negotiation.

Required for April 2026

What will I be doing?

Robert Blake School is seeking to appoint two Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will support students in class and provide one-to-one and small group interventions outside of lessons.

These roles will involve providing personal care and mobility support for a student with physical needs. This includes assistance with toileting, dressing, eating, transfers (including hoisting), and implementing physiotherapy programmes. Full training will be provided.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

A commitment to improving outcomes for all students is essential. Experience of working with students with additional needs is desirable.
