What will I be doing?
The post-holders will be passionate and dedicated and versatile maths teachers who are committed to developing the numeracy skills of learners from Entry Level to GCSE Foundation in a supportive and inclusive 16+ environment. The ideal candidates will have excellent subject knowledge and experience of working with a diverse range of students including those with SEN and SEMH needs and be flexible in your approach to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners.
The post-holders will be motivated and enthusiastic and a strong team players who strive to deliver the best possible outcomes for our learners by maximising their potential to make positive progress towards timely success. You will be expected to deliver highly effective teaching, learning and assessment across allocated courses, programmes and subjects and be a part of a successful team of staff to contribute to the college’s expectations of quality.
We have two posts, one role will be responsible for Entry Level to Level 1 and the other role will support Entry Level to GCSE Foundation.
