What will I be doing?

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible Midday Supervisory Assistant to support children at lunchtime and playtime on a casual basis. Our school is a friendly and inclusive rural school at the centre of the village community.

The successful candidate will:

  • Work as part of a team to set up the school hall and prepare for the lunchtime service, including carrying out health and safety checks, serving the hot meals and supporting the clean-up afterwards
  •  Supervise and facilitate children’s play
  • Support children with positive interactions
  • Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our children during their lunch and playtimes
