What will I be doing?

As an MIS Support Technician, you will provide day-to-day support for management information systems, CRM platforms and reporting processes across Connect to Work, Community Learning and other externally funded programmes. Working closely with the Strategic Data Lead and programme teams, you’ll help maintain accurate information, support users, resolve system queries and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

How You’ll Make a Difference

In this varied role, you’ll help ensure systems remain accurate, efficient and responsive to the needs of services, colleagues and delivery partners.

  • Provide first-line support for programme management information systems and CRM platforms.
  • Support colleagues with data and system queries, user access requests and troubleshooting activities.
  • Assist with day-to-day CRM administration, system configuration, maintenance and testing.
  • Help implement system and process changes driven by service developments, reporting requirements and business needs.
  • Produce and maintain user guides, process documentation and training materials.
  • Monitor data quality and support the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

  • Experience supporting business systems, databases, CRM platforms, management information systems or similar systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting system issues and supporting users.
  • Confidence working with data and maintaining accurate records.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and respond positively to changing requirements.
  • A proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
