What will I be doing?
Due to increasing demand in our expanding nursery setting, we are seeking to appoint a baby room practitioner to lead our 0-2s room The Nest.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible person to support our Nursery team in providing quality care and learning for babies aged 3 months to two years.
You will work as part of a team to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
The candidate will have relevant experience of working with young children. Experience of leading a team is desirable but not essential as training and mentoring can be provided. This would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to begin their career in leadership.
You should offer:
- a level 3 Early Years qualification
- experience of working with children aged 0-2 years old
- a calm, positive, consistent and patient approach to supporting all children
- experience of working as part of a team
- the ability to adapt to change
