What will I be doing?

As a Room Lead, you’ll take the reins of your own room, leading a team of dedicated practitioners to deliver outstanding childcare. From planning engaging activities to ensuring the highest standards of care and safety, your creativity and leadership will shape the daily experience for the children in your care.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a childcare setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing others.
  • A creative, caring, and positive attitude.
