- 4 days – 32.2 hours per week Term time only
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays
- 8:00 – 8:40 Breakfast club
- 8:40 – 16:30 Office
- Salary: Grade 14.6 – £25,989 pro rata
What will I be doing?
We are seeking to appoint a skilled administrator with school administration experience,who is friendly, approachable, efficient and able to multi-task. This is a demanding and responsible position, reporting directly to the Headteacher.
The key aspects of the role are:
- To be responsible to the Headteacher for the general administration of the school
- To work with staff, pupils and parents
- To liaise with outside suppliers of services and agencies
- To maintain confidential school records.
- To maintain stock control
- To maintain audits and upkeep of health and Safety records
- To complete pre-school funding and invoicing
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
The role requires relevant administrative and ICT experience working with school databases and software, as well as excellent communication skills. The ability to be able to multi-task and work effectively both independently and as part of a small team is essential.
Training will be provided to ensure that the post holder has all the necessary skills for the role. A Full transition process will take place with the current school office manager.
