What will I be doing?

Our curious, playful and nurturing Pre-School is a place where children feel safe, valued and inspired to explore the world around them. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating a home-from-home environment where every child is supported to grow in confidence, independence and a love of learning. For many of our children, Pre-School is their first experience of being away from their families, so we are seeking a caring and compassionate individual who can provide the warmth, reassurance and attention they need to feel secure and thrive. In return, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to giving every child the very best start, preparing them for their next steps while celebrating the joy and wonder of early childhood.

As a school, we are committed to living our mission statement ‘child centred learning in the heart of the community’. We are a values-led school and take a relational approach. If you enjoy working as a member of a team, have a professional attitude and are willing to work hard towards the school aims, we would like to hear from you.

You will be well supported by our Pre-School Manager and Early Years Lead and will benefit from being a member of our school staff team. Our setting also offers wrap around care from 7.45am – 5.00pm, which will offer a successful candidate plenty of opportunities to take overtime hours should they wish.
