What will I be doing?

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support and lead the Preschool team to deliver high-quality education and care for children 2– 4 years. This will include intervention work on a 1-1 and small group basis.
• To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Manager and to give support to other personnel within the Pre-School
• Work closely with the Preschool Teacher (Manager) to support the daily running of the preschool.
• To adhere and enforce all policies and procedures.
• Review and maintain sufficient supplies and resources within the setting.
• Have regard to the Statutory Framework for the EYFS
• To safeguard children, families, staff members and visitors at all times.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We are looking to appoint a level 3 qualified Pre-School Supervisor for our successful Pre-School within Birchfield Community Primary School. We are looking for a committed individual who aims to deliver high quality Childcare whilst working within a supportive Pre-School team.
