What will I be doing?

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working and dedicated individual to join our nurturing and thriving school.

The post will be to support pupils in our pre-school including those with special educational needs.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

You need to be patient, understanding and able to build positive relationships with children, motivating them to do their best, while establishing consistent boundaries. A willingness to work as part of a team, as well as taking your own initiative when required, is essential. Maths and English GCSEs (Grade A to C or equivalent) are essential for this post and it would be desirable for the successful applicant to hold a DfE approved Early Years and Childcare Level 2 Certification.

What is in it for me?

We will offer the successful candidate the support that comes with working in a Church of England school with a very positive and caring ethos. The school is committed to the continuing professional development of staff members and the successful candidate will benefit from this.

The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and experienced team of staff at a very exciting time for the school. Our dedicated team of staff put our children’s best interests at the heart of everything that we do and they work hard to ensure children remain challenged, excited and engaged with their learning throughout their time with us. Visits to the pre-school and school are welcomed by appointment.
