What will I be doing?
We are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support pupils in reaching their full potential within a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, promoting excellent progress and achievement, and helping to foster a culture where every child can thrive. As part of our collaborative school community, you will work closely with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress and achievement.
- Creating a positive, supportive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Supporting the personal, social, and emotional development of pupils.
- Contributing to the wider life of the school and participating in professional development opportunities.
- Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing, equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of your work.
