What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We are seeking to appoint a positive, caring and creative teacher to teach across Reception and Year 1 on a part time basis (2 days). This post offers an exciting opportunity to work within our Early Years and Key Stage 1 team, supporting children at the very start of their learning journey.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of the EYFS and Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Has high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to inclusive practice
- Creates a warm, stimulating and well organised learning environment
- Values play based learning and understands the importance of early language, communication and personal development
- Works well as part of a small, supportive team
- Supports and promotes the Christian ethos of our school
