- 2 x full time positions available.
- Fixed term until 31st March 2026 with an extension subject to funding.
- Based in the Mendip area / East Somerset.
- Early starts required frequently but early starts mean early finishes!
- Working with people experiencing rough sleeping to help end their homelessness.
What will I be doing?
We’re working to improve the lives of people in Somerset – and you’ll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:
Early morning outreach work.
Building relationships.
Using multiagency working to support clients and remove barriers to housing.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be. But it will really help if you:
You have experience of working with complex clients.
You have an understanding of some of the root causes of rough sleeping.
You are able to work confidently with multi discipline teams.
You have resilience and determination to overcome challenges.
