What will I be doing?
We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic, and cheerful individual to undertake the multifaceted, and always interesting, role of School Receptionist / Administration Assistant.
Reporting to the Business Manager, the successful candidate will provide high quality comprehensive and confidential administrative support and reception duties to the School.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
The successful candidate will be highly organised, extremely well-presented, and efficient, with a flexible approach and ‘can-do’ attitude. A calm, yet firm, fair, and personable manner is essential to this role.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of Office 365 and its functions
- Knowledge of a school office environment.
- Excellent ICT, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Effective organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
