- Post is term time + 15 days to include 5 non-pupil days and 10 days in the school holidays, to be agreed with the Headteacher (41 weeks).
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the School Leadership Team at Avishayes Primary School as the School Business Manager. Avishayes is a successful school with very high expectations of our staff and our children, we ‘Aim High and Achieve Together’.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
The successful applicant will be an experienced, strategic, and organised School Business Manager who will play a key role in the strategic development of the school. This pivotal role involves leading the administration and premises team while collaborating closely with the Headteacher and Assistant Head and SENDCo to ensure the delivery of financial management, health and safety and managing personnel in a timely and professional manner.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to operate strategically, communicate effectively and who will share our passion for education. You will need to have experience of financial management, motivating teams and a strong understanding of business.
